CL Foundation Fall Banquet Fundraiser is October 16

This year's Foundation Banquet speaker will be Janey Vinson Pullen of West Des Moines, Iowa. The daughter of Betty and Craig Vinson, Janey grew up in Rock Rapids and graduated from Central Lyon High School in 1964.
