Elementary and Middle School Donate to Mid-Sioux

For the past several years, elementary and middle school students at Central Lyon have been donating non-perishable food items to Mid-Sioux Opportunities in Rock Rapids. This year was once again no exception. For the past two weeks, students in the elementary and middle school have been bringing items to school. As you can see from the pictures, the students were very generous with their donations. These items will be made available to the less fortunate in our community. I just want to thank all the parents and students for participating in this project. This is a great way for the students to give back something to their community.
