Welcome to my home page. I'm JoAnn Sheldon and I have been teaching Family and Consumer Science at Central Lyon since 1991. You may be thinking first of all, what is Family and Consumer Science? It is a 21st century term for Home Economics. The new trends we are seeing for FACS are in the areas of financial literacy,career exploration, and technology, along with the resurgence of old life skills such a quilting.
My husband, Wayne is a technical sales and service manager for BetaTec. BetaTec provides hop products to ethanol plants. We have two daughters, Teresa and Katie, son-in-law, Kelly and granddaughter.
