Welcome to 4th Grade

My name is Mrs. Keizer. I have been teaching 4th grade since 1978. I graduated from Central Lyon High School in 1974 and then Iowa State University in 1978. My first teaching assignment was at the Doon Center where I taught 4th and 5th grades. I was then transferred to the elementary building in Rock Rapids and have been teaching 4th grade ever since.
I have always loved teaching 4th grade. The students are independent and interesting. The content that is taught in this grade is exciting! I teach Reading, Spelling, English, and Social Studies. Mrs. Sieperda teaches the Science and Mrs. Groen will teach math.
