Weightroom Hours

Welcome to the weight room page. Any student athlete from Central Lyon or George Little Rock is encouraged to make it to the weight room during the summer. We are open for business during these days and hours in the evenings. If the weather is questionable and you are driving in from the country, please stay home. If school is let out early due to weather the weightroom is closed. It obviously is closed if school is canceled. The weightroom is open in the summers every day for the boys except on Wednesdays. The hours are from 7:00-9:00.

During January and February the weightroom will be open after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00-5:00. I will be there on some Wednesdays so you may lift if I am in there. Remember to pick up your weights, use your lifting cards, and lift with a partner.
