Salamander Are Cool at Any Age

On Wednesday, November 5, our class went to Premier Estates for a lesson on salamanders and to learn with some of the people who live there.  Rochelle Ebel presented the program on salamanders.  We got to touch one and feel its covering.  We learned a lot of cool things about them.  It is shaped like a lizard, but  belongs to the same group as frogs, and toads.  We learned that their habitat is in damp places.  They like to hang out in basements.  Do you have one in yours?

Thanks, Rochelle for the wonderful, fun filled lesson!
