Luverne Honor Band Festival

The Luverne Honor Band Festival will take place on Wednesday, March 2nd from approximately 8:00am-2:00pm with the concert taking place at 2:00pm.

This honor band is an opportunity for talented 7th and 8th grade students from South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa to practice and perform challenging music with a guest conductor.  These students will rehearse in the morning on March 2nd to prepare for their concert at 2:00pm, held at Luverne Middle School/High School Gym.

The students participating in this years' honor band from Central Lyon are:

Emily De Jong - Clarinet

McKenzie Leuthold - Tenor Saxophone

Chastity Henrichs - Trumpet

Angel Rasmussen - Trumpet

Sarah Halse - Trombone

Michael Postma - Trombone
