On November 27, 1988, Carrie Koll was
born to parents Scott and Linda Koll. Carrie also has an older
sister, Donna; an older brother, Tony; a younger sister, Amber; and
a dog, Sandy.
Carrie has been in many activities throughout her high school career. She was the football manager for one year, participated in volleyball for three years, basketball for four years, track manager for one year, bowling for three years, international club for one year, band for four years, flags for one year, choir for four years, and jazz choir for one year. She was also the class secretary. She also lettered in bowling for three years, volleyball one year, basketball two years, track manager one year, football manager one year, and made the honor roll.
In the community, Carrie participates in LYC, her youth group in the Peace Lutheran Church, and she also works at Kids Club. For best of class this year, she had received best personality, most talkative, and most school spirit.
This year, Carrie is taking speech, grammar, government, Health I, psychology, child development, web page design, single survival, band, chorus, and work study. Her favorite subjects are Algebra 2 and Health I.
Carrie enjoys watching the movie Shrek 2 and eating Chicken parmesan from Granite City. Her favorite TV show is Extreme Makeover Home Edition and listens to pretty much every kind of music. She enjoys the book Keeping the Moon, loves the color red and the sport of basketball.
After Carrie graduates, she plans to go to either a two or four year program for child development at USD or SDSU, and in ten years she sees herself graduated from college, married, and having a good job.
Her words of wisdom to the underclassmen are “Live high school life to the fullest!”
If Carrie could spend one day with anyone it would be her dream to meet Shaquille O’ Neil and Jeff Gordon, because they are her favorite basketball player and NASCAR driver, and it would be awesome to meet them.
