Halloween Fun
by Jaci Van Veldhuizen
Our Halloween party was held October 29. As has been the
tradition at Central Lyon, the children came dressed as a nursery
rhyme character. We paraded around the school in our
costumes. Next, we celebrated with a party that was led by
Hedy, Nicole, Amy and Coreen. The kids were divided into
groups and went to four stations. They pinned the stem on the
pumpkin, played Halloween Bingo, made a craft, and ate a snack.
They concluded the party by playing Limbo to Halloween music.
A big thank you to the mothers who organized the party.
The class and I had a great time! Check out all of
Mother Goose's friends.
