Chris Winegar was born
on October 26, 1988, to parents Roger and Valerie. He has a sister,
Courtney, and a fish, Oscar. Chris attends the Oak Hills Baptist
Church and is on the School Improvement Advisory Committee.
Chris takes band, physics, chemistry, calculus, P.E., grammar, choir and sociology. While taking these classes, he has also participated in international club, mentoring, track, cross-country, jazz band, jazz choir, quiz bowl, AC/DC, and mock trial. Chris has attained the high honor roll and lettered in quiz bowl.
Chris’s most memorable moment in high school was the trip to Florida with his band and choir classes.
Chris has a variety of different favorites. He likes to watch The Lion King and The Office, and enjoys reading Black Like Me. Other favorites are grammar, pink, fettuccine alfredo. He also enjoys listening to the band Yellowcard and his favorite person is Kelly Hoye.
Chris’s future plans consist of going to college, getting a good job, and getting married. In ten years, he sees himself living in a bigger town with two kids and a wife.
If he could spend one day with someone, it would be Jesus because he made a big difference in the world and means a lot to him.
If Chris could give the underclassmen some words of advice, it would be, “Don’t procrastinate on doing your research paper in grammar class.”
