On February 9, 1990, Sandi and Tim Stump were blessed with their first child, Krista. Krista has two younger sisters, Amy and Megan, and a cat named Jynx.
Throughout high school Krista has been very involved in and out of school. She has been involved in choir, jazz choir, swing choir, band, jazz band I and II, individual and large group speech, T.A.P., musicals, cheerleader, all-state band, and women’s jazz choir. Outside of school, one can find Krista attending Faith Baptist Church and her youth group called F.R.E.D, and she is also involved in T.E.C.
Krista is obviously not suffering from “senior-itis”, as her schedule this year includes band, calculus, government, physics, grammar, chorus, textiles, child development, work study, and speech.
When Krista has some down time you can find her watching her favorite movie A Walk to Remember and listening to Christian music. Her favorite book is Left Behind and her favorite food is fresh fruit. Krista really enjoys music as her favorite classes are band and choir.
Krista’s future plans include attending a technical school for either two or four years, and then finding a job. In ten years, Krista sees herself married with kids and having a good job.
Krista’s most memorable high school moment was attending All-State band. Krista has received many honors in high school. She has been on the high honor roll all four years and was chosen by Who’s Who in America. This year, Krista was also inducted into the National Honor Society. If Krista could spend one day with someone, it would be “Paul, from the Bible, because his faith was tested over and over, but he always stayed strong in God.”
Krista’s advice to underclassmen, as she leaves her successful high school career is “try lots of new things and keep up with homework.”
