DIBELS
Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills
During the week of March 22-26 and Monday, March 29, we will be doing DIBELS testing. DIBELS is an educational literacy test for kindergarten through third grade. Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills measure basic pre-reading skills that lead to fluent decoding, word-level reading, and connected-text reading, all of which are necessary for reading comprehension. DIBELS measure emerging reading skills and are often used to measure instructional interventions and progress.
