Wynter Craig Roths was born on Oct. 20, 1995. She grew up with several hobbies, including singing. Her favorite movie is “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and her favorite TV shows are “Pretty Little Liars” and “Criminal Minds.” Wynter loves math and the color red, and her favorite thing to eat is mashed potatoes.
Wynter keeps very busy in her school and community. At First Reformed Church she volunteers as a Sr. RCYF. In school Wynter currently participates in basketball, choir, honor choir, swing choir, jazz choir, international club, and the school plays and musicals. She has also participated in volleyball, football cheer, competitive cheer, dance team, track, and golf. Wynter was also a football manager, class president, and is currently a member of the National Honor Society. During her senior year Wynter is taking the following classes: AP Calculus, human anatomy, Spanish IV, government, economics, grammar, and work study.
After high school Wynter plans to attend a four-year college to study elementary education. She also plans to teach in an elementary school, possibly coach, and have a husband and family. Her most memorable high school moment was winning state basketball last year.
In regards to underclassmen, Wynter says, “Try everything you wish and never be afraid to fail – if you don’t try, you never know what could have been.”
