Students Tour High-End Homes in Sioux Falls
Recently, students from the Central Lyon Industrial Technology building trades class had the opportunity to tour some high quality homes in Sioux Falls. While getting experience with building the tiny house, students wanted exposure to the leading construction companies and the houses they are constructing. So they reached out to one of the best in Sioux Falls, Jarrod Smart Construction, a very well known company that has set the standard for quality and expertise. The students toured two different houses that were currently being built, and to say the least the boys were very impressed with the sizes of each house and the quality of the work in each house. Overall, the experience exposed students to the leading company in the construction industry to create that networking, it also exposed them to high quality homes that they may not ever see in their lifetime, and lastly the students really enjoyed and learned a lot from the trip.
