Lifters of the Week
In our Strength and Conditioning Classes we are naming Lifters of the Week - two individuals who best meet the following criteria:
- Best use of their time in the weight room throughout the week from start to finish of the period.
- Stick to their workout and does not lose focus of their workout.
- Does not waste time in the weight room
- Challenges themselves with adding weight or adding exercises.
The workouts have been good up to now, but we need to keep improving from week to week throughout the year.
