Spook-tacular Halloween Party
The second grade students celebrated Halloween on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Special thanks to Mrs. Docker for taking time out of her busy schedule to organize our party this year. Thank you to all of the other parents who helped at the party and provided drinks, snacks, and prizes. It was great to have so many parents involved.
Mrs. Docker had a variety of games planned for the celebration. Some of the games were played in groups of two, while others were played individually. One of the games required the kids to bounce a ping pong ball into a bowl of rice. The person who had the most ping pong balls in the bowl after one minute was declared the winner. Another game challenged the kids to hold a plastic bowl on their head while their teammates attempted to get as many plastic spiders as they could into the bowl. Check out the pictures from our spook-tacular party to see some of the other games the kids played.
