We are starting another great year of cross country. Last year we did great and plan on doing better. The kids are excited and can't wait. This is a picture of our team and their coach. you can see more pictures by hitting the tabs on the right side. you can also see the schedule and many more.
The Central Lyon-George Little Rock Cross Country team prepares their team to run 4k for the girls and 5k for the boys. During the week they run up to 30 miles for the girls and up to 35 miles for the boys. For the first time the school is competing in the Junior High cross country meets allowing 7th and 8th graders to participate in cross country.
