April

April’s Student of the Month has spent most of her high school years in the music department. She is a four year member of band participating in contest in both instrumental and small group. She also is a member of Jazz Band, two years in Jazz Band II and two years in Jazz Band I. She not only plays an instrument but also sings as well. She is a four year member of choir. For the last two years she has also been a member of Swing Choir. Every year she has performed a solo at contest and has sung her way through four musicals. She has also participated in International Club for four years. This four year honor student is also this year’s vice president of National Honor Society.
