November
If music hath power to soothe the savage beast, then November’s student of the month is one powerful lady! She has received five outstanding soloist awards at jazz competitions, including one at the state level during her junior year. She is also a two year member of honor band and has persevered and challenged herself by preparing for all-state band try-outs four consecutive years. She is the youngest student to have been accepted as a webmaster, serving in this capacity her freshman and senior years. Although music is her passion, she shares her talents in other areas: speech, National Honor Society, International Club, and Mock Trial.
