40 Book Challenge Update!

Mrs. Grafing's homeroom shows off their numbers. Rylie I has the most with 110 books this year!!!

5th and 6th grade students have been working hard to get to 40 books in one school year.  With less than 30 days left, we decided to see how close some students were.

20 students have reached 40 books (with some surpassing it by a lot) and several students are close.

Also, we were thrilled to have the Northwest Iowa Review come in and do an article on the challenge.  Here is a link to the article: https://www.nwestiowa.com/news/central-lyon-kids-aim-to-read-books/article_44d6c5dc-3c3e-11e9-bfeb-3bc860b93bb1.html

I will be excited to update these numbers in another month to see how much the numbers have gone up.
