All requests for transcripts should be directed to the Central Lyon Guidance Office:

Current Central Lyon students should complete a Transcript Request Form (available in the Guidance Office or on the Central Lyon website).
Final transcripts are NOT sent automatically after graduation. Graduating seniors need to notify the Guidance Office where they would like to have their final transcript sent.
Graduates of Central Lyon High School and former students can request their transcripts in person or by submitting a completed transcript request form to the Guidance Office. Transcript Request Forms can be found by clicking on the link below.
