50th Day of School

Today we celebrated the 50th day of school. As you can see by all the smiles, everyone had a super fun time! We started off our day with a trip around school to show off our 50’s outfits and then watched a powerpoint on our Smartboard about the 1950’s. Next we danced to some great rock and roll music at our sock hop, had a bubble gum blowing contest, and counted to 50 by 1's, 5's, and 10's. After recess, we participated in car hop relays, had a drag race, tried to hula hoop, and did the limbo. We topped off our day by completing a pattern sheet in Math using the colors pink, black, and white and enjoyed delicious root beer floats. Everyone sure is excited to see what the 100th day of school will bring!
