Hello!  I am Sandra Allen and I teach high school language arts classes including: English II, College Composition, Communications, Professional Communications, and Novel II. I earned my advertising, journalism degree at South Dakota State University (Go Jackrabbits!) and my English degree at Buena Vista University, Emmetsburg campus. I love the written word and my passion is teaching all things WRITING! 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, watching college football and basketball with my family, being outside, listening to 'traditional' Country music and bluegrass (the good stuff), and playing a few rounds of golf with my family.
