Webmasters
Past and Present CL Webmasters
Webmasters are responsible for much of the work on the school website. Wemasters Tyler and Matt built a web page in 2004 and the webmasters uploaded pages via file transfer protocol. The file server that housed our first web page was physically located in the middle school tag room. From 2002 -2008, webmasters used HTML to edit files when they contained broken links or images.
In 2008, we began using the web-hosting SOCS and transferred articles and pictures from the old site to the new site. This change made the webmasters' jobs less complex; now they proofread, create, edit, and assign rights to students in web page class. They also assist teachers with their web pagees. The SOCS template was changed in 2012, along with the site navigation, with help from webmaster Jessica.
