Welcome to First Grade!

Hello and welcome to first grade! My name is Mrs. Herman. I went to college at the University of Sioux Falls and taught second grade for two years in Sioux Falls before coming to Central Lyon in 2018. My husband and I live in Rock Rapids with our daughter, Aurora, and our dog, Meeka. We love spending time together as a family! 
 
My goal for the school year is to really get to know my students and help them to realize that learning can be fun. I am so excited to continue learning and growing right along with the firsties!
