Students in Mrs. Van Aartsen's Kindergarten class have been working on meeting PBIS expectations. They have discussed what it looks like and sounds like to meet expectations in each part of the school day. It is important that they have ample opportunity to practice meeting those expectations in each activity they do. We often end up practicing the same skill over and over. However, it can be much more fun practicing when it seems like playing. The picture shows the class practicing expectations during Math time.
