50th Day of School
Yesterday was the 50th day of school and we filled it with all things "50". A few highlights from our day were performing a Reader's Theater, solving a 50's mystery math puzzle, answering open-ended questions about the number 50, blowing bubbles with juicy, pink bubble gum, learning about toys and games that were popular in the 1950's, and counting & dancing to songs from the '50's. In the afternoon, we wrapped up all of this fun with root beer floats. Cheers to living and loving our best 2nd grade lives so far this year! We can't wait to see what the 100th day of school will bring!
