We've Got Spirit, Yes, We Do!

This week our 2nd graders were LOUD and PROUD to show their Central Lyon school spirit for Homecoming! The elementary students and staff were invited to participate in most of the same dress-up days as the high school again this year and boy did we ROAR! We hope you'll take some time to look through the pictures that capture our highlights from this week including dress-up days, partner reading, SEL, recess fun with friends, partner math, as well as crafting cheer gear for the HOCO parade and football game. Congratulations to our 2nd grade friends, James and Kora, for having their Art drawings chosen for the button contest. Everyone enjoyed ending our week celebrating at an outdoor pep rally with the middle school marching band, high school cheerleaders, parents, community members, and the 2026 Homecoming King & Queen, Logan Koob and Anika Springer. I am so proud of both of these Seniors, who I remember being wonderful little humans 12 years ago in my very last Kindergarten class!
We think it's no secret that.....we've got SPIRIT, yes, we do! We love being LIONS, how about you?
