Hot Lunch/Book Fair Week
Today my 2nd graders were very excited to eat lunch with their families during our "Feature Hot Lunch Day". This morning they were able to browse the Book Fair during our scheduled Library time with Mrs. Schrick and look through a few of the new books. After lunch, they were invited to check out the Book Fair in the Library with their special guests. Some even stopped to take a picture at the fall bulletin board display as well as show their family around our classroom again. Following that, everyone was very thankful and excited to have an extra long recess supervised by Mr. Harman. Some family members even went out to join in on the fun for a bit. Miss Eben, our student teacher, was very grateful to have 8 books generously purchased by families to use in her future elementary classroom! What a fabulous day to be in 2nd grade!
