2nd Grade Open House
Tonight was the start of the 2026-2027 school year, representing another year of new beginnings for our 2nd grade team. I had the privilege of meeting of our 18 new students and their families at our Second Grade Open House tonight. The children enjoyed unpacking their supplies, checking out our room, and seeing classmates. As you can tell this year is off to a great start already! **fun fact...This year I have two students whose dads I also taught in 1st grade as well as one student whose mom I taught in Kindergarten! They all came along tonight so of course we had to do a generational picture and take a trip down memory lane in my scrapbook. It was so fun to hear the children giggling at the pictures of their parents from when they were younger.
